Another day closer to my goal.
Soooo...I'm really waiting for the sun to start setting, so I can walk the dogs again. I don't believe in suffering in the heat right now. Sorry, lol. I have done some ballet focused exercises today to strengthen my thighs and butt. What I really, really, really want to do is start the Insanity workout program again, but I knoooowww I can't do that until I'm done working at camp this summer. I still plan on working out everyday, and I'm sure those children will keep me busy as well. Well, that is all for today. Hopefully by the end of this week I would have reached my goal of losing 2 1/2 pounds. One step at a time...that's why it's called a journey.
